Mr. Garrett is the President and CEO of New South Development and Training, Inc., (NSDT) a not-for-profit, Research, Innovation,Training, and Development organization. In addition to Mr. Garrett's position with NSDT, he has also owned and operated SGE for over 30 years.
Mr. Garrett is a board member of Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. He serves as President of the Jackson Medical Mall Business Association and is a commissioner on the Levee Board. Mr. Garrett has been appointed by Governor Barbour to serve as Chair for the Mississippi Broadband Connect Coalition.
